Founded in 2007 in Stamford, CT, Downtown Golf is a boutique studio for precision club fitting, same-day repairs, professional coaching, a curated pro-shop, private events, and signature experiences. The business is now owned and led by Australian PGA professional Edward Tamsett, a 2024 PGA of Australia International Member of the Year nominee, mentored by founder and PGA Class A Master fitter Paul Ferrone, whose shop has been recognized for more than a decade among Golf Digest’s 100 Best Club Fitters.
