    All items must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase.

  • Refunds & Exchanges
    We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the merchandise is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Final Sale Items
    All sales are final on:

    • Used or demo merchandise

    • Damaged or altered products

    • Custom orders and special fittings

    • Closeout and clearance items

  • Payment Processing
    Please note: All credit card payments incur a 3.99% surcharge. Refunds to credit cards will reflect this adjustment.

  • Custom Services
    Due to the personalized nature of our club fitting and repair services, these are non-refundable. However, we stand by our craftsmanship—if there are any concerns, our team will work with you to resolve them promptly.
